Autokiniton (formerly Tower Automotive) owned a two-building, 361,000 square foot automotive frame manufacturing and finishing plant in Bellevue and needed to expand the smaller building by 89,000 square feet.

Tower Automotive did not want to fund the capital improvements and due to the strategic operational importance of this location, was not averse to considering sale leaseback opportunities with long-term leaseholds.
